About AJMZ

Our own factory — and what it means for your order

AJMZ is the brand of Wenzhou Gangtong Stationery & Crafts Co., Ltd., our export company. Your order is produced by Pingyang Huazhe Crafts Co., Ltd., our manufacturing company, in a 1,200 m² workshop with pattern sewing, die-cutting, high-frequency welding and laminating equipment on site. The two companies are under the same ownership — and we ship custom office organization and workspace storage to Europe and North America.

Made here

Made here, checked here, shipped from here

Production and export are handled by two companies working as one team. Tooling, printing, binding and QC for your order happen on our own line; the specification is written down and kept on file, so your second order comes out the same as your first. Writing a specification down sounds like a small thing — it is the reason a reorder six months later looks like the sample you approved.

Equipment

What runs on our floor

Four core processes are ours. That is what lets us promise a sampling date and hold it — and why a larger order does not put you at the back of somebody else's queue.

  • Computerized pattern sewing machines — multiple units, for PU and leather panels, zips and edge stitching.
  • Servo-controlled die-cutting presses — multiple units, for board, plastic sheet and shaped apertures.
  • High-frequency welding machines — multiple units, for PVC and EVA cases, wallets and welded seams.
  • Photo-laminating machines — multiple units, for cover laminating and surface finishing.

Why it matters

What an own line changes for you

01

Sampling dates we can hold

Samples in 7–10 days, because tooling and sewing are scheduled by us rather than negotiated with a third party.

02

Volume doesn't move you back

When your programme grows, capacity is added on our own floor instead of waiting for somebody else's slot.

03

One list, one shipment

Portfolios, binders, notebooks and packaging quoted together — one inspection report, one set of documents, one container.

Working terms
