Tooling, printing and binding happen in our own factory — as volumes grow we schedule them on our own line rather than queue behind someone else's. That is the only reason we can promise a sampling date and then hold it.

Process
From brief to container
Brief & tooling
We work from your artwork or a rough sketch. Cutting dies and covers are engineered in-house, so a change costs you a conversation, not a new supplier.
Sampling
Physical samples in 7–10 days. You hold the material, the stitching and the foil in your hand before a single production run starts. A stock sample is free; a customised one is chargeable and refunded once the order is confirmed at the required quantity.
Material sourcing
PU, bonded leather, linen, recycled board, FSC paper. We will tell you what a material actually costs and where the cheap version fails.
Printing & finishing
Offset and screen printing, foil stamping, debossing, spot UV, edge painting — All on site.
In-line QC
Checks at cutting, stitching and packing — not only at the end. You get the inspection photos before the cartons close.
Export & documentation
11 Incoterms from EXW to DDP. Cartons, pallets, labelling and shipping documents prepared to your forwarder specification. 94.8% of what we make is exported.
