Process

From brief to container

Brief & tooling

We work from your artwork or a rough sketch. Cutting dies and covers are engineered in-house, so a change costs you a conversation, not a new supplier.

Sampling

Physical samples in 1–7 days. You hold the material, the stitching and the foil in your hand before a single production run starts. A stock sample is free; a customised one is chargeable and refunded once the order is confirmed at the required quantity.

Material sourcing

PU, bonded leather, linen, recycled board, FSC paper. We will tell you what a material actually costs and where the cheap version fails.

Printing & finishing

Offset and screen printing, foil stamping, debossing, spot UV, edge painting. All on site.

In-line QC

Checks at cutting, stitching and packing — not only at the end. You get the inspection photos before the cartons close.

Export & documentation

11 Incoterms from EXW to DDP. Cartons, pallets, labelling and shipping documents prepared to your forwarder specification. 94.8% of what we make is exported.

Sampling	1–7 days; express delivery 3–7 days
Sampling cost	A stock sample is free — you cover the courier. A customised sample is chargeable and the cost is refunded once the order is confirmed at the required quantity.
Production lead time	15–30 days, depending on quantity and season
Planning advice	We suggest starting your enquiry 60 days before you need the goods in hand.
