Who we are

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect what you enter in the form: your name, company, email address, phone number, country, the product details you describe, and any files you attach. Our server also records which page the enquiry came from and its date.

Why we use it

Only to answer your enquiry, quote the work, produce the order and arrange shipping and export documents. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not share them beyond the suppliers and the freight or customs agents needed to deliver your order.

Files you upload

Drawings, artwork and reference photos you attach are stored on our own server together with the enquiry record, so a repeat order comes out the same as the first one. If you would rather not send a file before an agreement is in place, ask us for an NDA first.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and order records are kept for as long as we are supplying you, and for the period our accounting and export records require. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Cookies and local storage

This site runs no advertising or third-party analytics scripts. It stores a small record in your own browser so that the products you shortlist and the pages you recently viewed stay available while you browse. That record stays on your device, and you can clear it from the site at any time.

Your choices

Email sales01@jmzglobal.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will confirm within a few working days.
