PVC & Textile Swatch Book
A swatch book combining PVC film and textile fabric samples in one reference, with the pages printed so each sample sits against its own specification line. Buyers in furniture, automotive trim and upholstery use it to compare a film and a fabric side by side rather than from two separate books.

What this one is
PVC film and textile in one reference
The book is built with sample pages that carry both PVC film and textile swatches, with the specification printed next to each one so a buyer can read the material and compare it against its neighbour. Combining two materials in one book removes the need to cross-reference between two catalogues, which is why this format is used by buyers specifying a product that uses both — a sofa with a film-backed panel and a fabric seat, for example. Sample size, page count and the split between film and textile are specified to order.
- Two materials, one book — PVC film and textile compared without cross-referencing two catalogues.
- Printed specification lines — Each swatch sits against its own reference and description.
- Built to your range — Sample size and the film/textile split specified to order.
- Replaceable pages — Pages updated as a range changes.
Where it gets used
Who needs a combined swatch book
Furniture manufacturers specifying a product that mixes materials use it so both are reviewed together. Automotive trim buyers use it for interior panels and seat coverings. Bag and luggage brands use it where a product combines a coated panel and a textile body. The combined format is the reason for the purchase.
What we can change for you
Your real swatches, in a book that lasts
This item is not picked off a shelf. Every part of it is specified before it is made, and these are the parts buyers change most often on a colour cards & sample books programme. Send whatever you have — a drawing, a photo of a sample you like, or a rough sketch — and we quote against it.
- Slot count and layout — From a single watch to 20 slots, in a single layer, drawer stack or a lift-lid case.
- Pillow sizing — Pillow circumference set to your bracelet range — that is what stops a watch rattling or refusing to close.
- Lining — Velvet, suede, flocked fabric or PU, with anti-tarnish lining where silver is also stored.
- Closure and hardware — Cam lock, magnetic closure, glass lid, handle or a trolley base.
- Cover — PU leather, genuine leather, wood, acrylic or a glass window.
- Branding — Foil stamping, debossing, printed inner lid or an engraved plate.
Anything not on this list is a question rather than a no. We work from your artwork or a rough sketch, and cutting dies and covers are engineered in-house — so a change costs you a conversation, not a new supplier.
How your order is made
Tooling, printing and binding on our own line
A sample book is a physical argument, so the swatch is attached by hand where the material needs it. We proof the data pages against your list before the run and keep an approved master for reprints.
- Tooling and dies — cutting dies and covers are engineered in-house, so a change to the shape is a conversation rather than a new supplier.
- Printing and finishing — offset and screen printing, foil stamping, blind debossing, spot UV and edge painting all run on site.
- In-line QC — checks at cutting, stitching and packing, not only at the end. You get the inspection photos before the cartons close.
- Export and documentation — cartons, pallets, labelling and shipping documents prepared to your forwarder specification. 94.8% of what we make is exported.

Working with us
Files, tooling and terms
The same terms apply to this item and to the rest of your order, so the budget and the schedule can be planned before anything is committed.
- Artwork — Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or CDR) are what embossing, foil and screen print need. A photo, a sketch or a physical sample is enough to start — we tell you before anything is charged if a file has to be rebuilt.
- Tooling — Charged only when the item needs a new mould, die or deboss plate. It is quoted separately and stated upfront — never added later.
- Samples — A stock sample is free (you cover the courier). A customised sample is chargeable and the cost is credited against the production order once it is confirmed.
- Payment — Invoiced in US dollars from our company account. Standard terms are T/T — 30% deposit, 70% before shipment — or an L/C at sight for container orders.
- Shipping — FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, CIF, and DDP to Europe and North America. DDP includes duties and final-mile delivery.
- Mixed containers — Several categories can ship in one container, which is how buyers keep the quantity per item down while still filling a shipment.
- Confidentiality — We sign an NDA before you send drawings.
- Documents — One inspection report and one set of documents cover the whole order, whatever the mix of items.
Buyer questions
Can we split the book between two materials?
Yes. The split between PVC film and textile samples is set to your range.
Are the specification lines printed?
Yes. Each swatch is printed against its own reference and description.
Can pages be replaced?
Yes. The binding allows pages to be updated as the range changes.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Most orders start from 300 pcs per design and colour; we confirm the exact minimum with your quote.
Which logo methods can be applied?
Foil stamping, blind debossing and screen printing. The debossing depth is adjusted to the material thickness so the impression stays sharp and does not crack along the fold.
How is the price calculated?
Price depends on quantity, material grade, interior layout, finishing and packaging. We quote per order rather than publishing a list price. Send your specification and we reply with unit cost and lead time, usually within one working day.
Can the design be customised?
Yes. Size, material, colour, interior layout, logo and packaging can all be specified. We manufacture to order (OEM/ODM) rather than supplying stock items.
