Animal-themed Matching Flashcards a Set of 25 Cards Language
An animal-themed matching flashcard set of 25 cards, built for language and early-learning use. The set is the unit rather than a single card, so the specification is the card thickness, the finish and the way the set is packed — all of which decide whether it survives classroom handling.

What this one is
25-card matching set
The set is printed as a matched group of 25 cards at a consistent trim size, so matching and pairing exercises work reliably. Card stock and lamination are the specification that matters: a lightweight card with a matt laminate handles repeated sorting and stacking, where an uncoated card frays at the corners within a term. The set is supplied in a box, a band or a pouch, and the packing is chosen against how the cards are stored in a classroom. Trim size, card stock and packing are specified to order.
- Matched set of 25 — Consistent trim size so pairing exercises work reliably.
- Card stock and lamination — Chosen for repeated sorting and stacking in a classroom.
- Set packing — Supplied in a box, band or pouch to how they are stored.
- Trim size to spec — Card size and stock specified to your age group.
Where it gets used
Who orders matching card sets
Language schools and kindergartens use them for vocabulary and matching activities. Educational publishers commission them as part of a learning kit. Toy and gift retailers stock them as a low-cost learning product. The set format is chosen because a single card cannot support a matching exercise.
What we can change for you
Made for the hand and the age that uses it
This item is not picked off a shelf. Every part of it is specified before it is made, and these are the parts buyers change most often on a study cards programme. Send whatever you have — a drawing, a photo of a sample you like, or a rough sketch — and we quote against it.
- Card size and count — Standard or custom trim, sold as a boxed set or as loose sheets.
- Stock — Board, laminated board or PP, in the weight and finish you specify.
- Rounded corners — Radius specified so the cards do not snag in a pocket or a child’s hand.
- Printing — Full colour both sides, with a printed layout you supply.
- Set packaging — Tuck box, rigid box, ring, elastic band or a printed sleeve.
- Language and compliance — Copy in your market’s language, with age and safety wording where the product needs it.
Anything not on this list is a question rather than a no. We work from your artwork or a rough sketch, and cutting dies and covers are engineered in-house — so a change costs you a conversation, not a new supplier.
How your order is made
Tooling, printing and binding on our own line
Cards are cut and corner-radiused in-house, and the set is proofed as a whole so the sequence and the copy are checked together rather than card by card.
- Tooling and dies — cutting dies and covers are engineered in-house, so a change to the shape is a conversation rather than a new supplier.
- Printing and finishing — offset and screen printing, foil stamping, blind debossing, spot UV and edge painting all run on site.
- In-line QC — checks at cutting, stitching and packing, not only at the end. You get the inspection photos before the cartons close.
- Export and documentation — cartons, pallets, labelling and shipping documents prepared to your forwarder specification. 94.8% of what we make is exported.

How to order
From spec to shipment in four steps
Most buyers have a sketch, a sample, or a brief. We turn it into a confirmed sample and then into a repeatable production run.
Product type, dimensions, quantity, logo, and deadline — even a photo is enough.
Unit price, tooling, sample cost, and lead time — usually within one working day.
We make a physical sample for your review before anything goes to bulk.
In-line QC, pre-shipment photos, then packed and shipped to your forwarder.

Working with us
Files, tooling and terms
The same terms apply to this item and to the rest of your order, so the budget and the schedule can be planned before anything is committed.
- Artwork — Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or CDR) are what embossing, foil and screen print need. A photo, a sketch or a physical sample is enough to start — we tell you before anything is charged if a file has to be rebuilt.
- Tooling — Charged only when the item needs a new mould, die or deboss plate. It is quoted separately and stated upfront — never added later.
- Samples — A stock sample is free (you cover the courier). A customised sample is chargeable and the cost is credited against the production order once it is confirmed.
- Payment — Invoiced in US dollars from our company account. Standard terms are T/T — 30% deposit, 70% before shipment — or an L/C at sight for container orders.
- Shipping — FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, CIF, and DDP to Europe and North America. DDP includes duties and final-mile delivery.
- Mixed containers — Several categories can ship in one container, which is how buyers keep the quantity per item down while still filling a shipment.
- Confidentiality — We sign an NDA before you send drawings.
- Documents — One inspection report and one set of documents cover the whole order, whatever the mix of items.
Buyer questions
How thick is the card?
Card stock is specified to how hard it is used. Tell us the age group and setting and we recommend one.
Can the artwork be our own?
Yes. The cards are printed from your artwork, in full colour.
How is the set packed?
Box, band or pouch. Tell us how the cards are stored and we quote the packing.
Can the cards be printed in more than one language?
Yes. Send the copy per language and we will set and proof each version as a separate run so the sequence does not drift between languages.
How do you stop the corners catching?
The corner radius is part of the cutting die. Tell us who will handle the cards — a child, a warehouse picker, a pocket — and we will set the radius for that.
Is safety wording needed for children’s products?
It depends on the market and the age group. Tell us the destination and the age range and we will confirm which declarations apply to the shipment.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimums are set per item; printed card products carry a higher minimum than leather programmes because the run length drives the price. The exact figure is confirmed with your quote.
Can the set box be branded?
Yes. Tuck boxes, rigid boxes and sleeves can all carry foil, print or a printed belly band.
