Baby Record Book and Sticker Set
A baby record book supplied with a matching sticker set, so milestones can be marked with a sticker as well as written. The sticker set is the difference from a plain record book: it gives a parent a fast way to mark a date without writing a full entry.

What this one is
Record book with matching stickers
The book carries the printed record pages and the set includes sheets of stickers printed in the same style, so a milestone can be captured in seconds — a first smile, a first tooth, a weight — without filling in a whole entry. Stickers are printed from your artwork alongside the book, which keeps the illustrate style consistent across both. Sheet count, sticker size and the book page layout are specified together, because the stickers are designed to sit on the book's own pages.
- Matching sticker sheets — A milestone marked in seconds without writing a full entry.
- Designed together — Stickers printed to sit on the book's own pages.
- Consistent illustration — Book and stickers printed in one style.
- Counts specified together — Sheet count, sticker size and page layout set as a set.
Where it gets used
Who buys a book and sticker set
Gift retailers stock them because the sticker set raises the perceived value over a plain record book. Baby brands use them as a gift-with-purchase. Maternity units use them as part of a new-parent pack. The combination is chosen where the product has to work for a parent who will not sit down and write a long entry.
What we can change for you
Made to be written in for years
This item is not picked off a shelf. Every part of it is specified before it is made, and these are the parts buyers change most often on a baby record books programme. Send whatever you have — a drawing, a photo of a sample you like, or a rough sketch — and we quote against it.
- Format — Case-bound record book, ring binder with refills, spiral, or a boxed book with milestone cards.
- Cover — Paperboard, cloth, faux leather or PP, with foiled title and a die-cut photo window.
- Inner pages — Printed prompted spreads to your layout, photo pockets, envelope pockets or sticker sheets.
- Extras — Sticker sheet, milestone cards, height chart, keepsake envelope or a photo-frame insert.
- Branding — Foil, debossing, screen print, printed belly band or a printed gift box.
- Safety and compliance — Age-appropriate materials, rounded corners and market-specific wording where required.
Anything not on this list is a question rather than a no. We work from your artwork or a rough sketch, and cutting dies and covers are engineered in-house — so a change costs you a conversation, not a new supplier.
How your order is made
Tooling, printing and binding on our own line
Prompts, pockets and sticker sheets are proofed as one sequence. Rounded corners and material choice are set with the age group in mind, because this is a book that is written in by hand and handled by a child.
- Tooling and dies — cutting dies and covers are engineered in-house, so a change to the shape is a conversation rather than a new supplier.
- Printing and finishing — offset and screen printing, foil stamping, blind debossing, spot UV and edge painting all run on site.
- In-line QC — checks at cutting, stitching and packing, not only at the end. You get the inspection photos before the cartons close.
- Export and documentation — cartons, pallets, labelling and shipping documents prepared to your forwarder specification. 94.8% of what we make is exported.

How to order
From spec to shipment in four steps
Most buyers have a sketch, a sample, or a brief. We turn it into a confirmed sample and then into a repeatable production run.
Product type, dimensions, quantity, logo, and deadline — even a photo is enough.
Unit price, tooling, sample cost, and lead time — usually within one working day.
We make a physical sample for your review before anything goes to bulk.
In-line QC, pre-shipment photos, then packed and shipped to your forwarder.

Working with us
Files, tooling and terms
The same terms apply to this item and to the rest of your order, so the budget and the schedule can be planned before anything is committed.
- Artwork — Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or CDR) are what embossing, foil and screen print need. A photo, a sketch or a physical sample is enough to start — we tell you before anything is charged if a file has to be rebuilt.
- Tooling — Charged only when the item needs a new mould, die or deboss plate. It is quoted separately and stated upfront — never added later.
- Samples — A stock Sample is free (you cover the courier). A customised is chargeable and the cost is credited against the production order once it is confirmed.
- Payment — Invoiced in US dollars from our company account. Standard terms are T/T — 30% deposit, 70% before shipment — or an L/C at sight for container orders.
- Shipping — FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, CIF, and DDP to Europe and North America. DDP includes duties and final-mile delivery.
- Mixed containers — Several categories can ship in one container, which is how buyers keep the quantity per item down while still filling a shipment.
- Confidentiality — We sign an NDA before you send drawings.
- Documents — One inspection report and one set of documents cover the whole order, whatever the mix of items.
Buyer questions
Are the stickers designed to fit the book?
Yes. Sticker size and the book page layout are designed together so the stickers sit on the pages.
How many stickers are in a set?
Sheet count is specified to order. Tell us how many milestones you want covered.
Can the book be ordered without stickers?
Yes. The record book is supplied on its own as well.
Can the prompts be written to our own content?
Yes. Send the prompt list, section order and any illustrations and we set the pages to your layout, then proof the full sequence before the run.
Can pages be added later?
Yes, in a ring or spiral format. A case-bound book is fixed at binding, so if the range may grow, choose refillable from the start.
Are the materials suitable for young children?
We specify rounded corners and appropriate materials for the age group, and we will confirm which declarations apply for your destination market before you order.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimums are set per item and depend on material, binding and finishing. The figure above is the starting point; the exact minimum is confirmed with your quote.
Can the book be sold with a gift box?
Yes. Matched rigid boxes, printed sleeves and gift sets are routine for this line.
