A cover built like a book
Nothing on this line is picked off a shelf. Send a drawing, a photo of a sample you like, or just the contents it has to hold — we quote against it and hold the approved specification on file so a reorder comes out the same as the first run.
- Cover material — A wide range of book-quality fabrics, imitation and genuine leathers — or supply your own material.
- Cover decoration — Digital, four-colour or screen printing; embossing and debossing; metallic inks and foils; film laminating.
- Cover cutouts — Any size or shape of cutout window, to build a three-dimensional, layered look.
- Spine hinge — Square, round back or Euro rounded hinge — chosen to suit the shelf, the mailer or the hand.
- Lining paper — Any colour or weight to match or complement the cover.
- Cover padding — Soft foam between the exterior layer and the core for a cushioned feel.
- Fasteners — Magnetic, Velcro, tie or snap.
- Rings & posts — 1/2” to 4” ring sizes in round, straight D and slant D styles — up to about 600 sheets; posts beyond that.
- Slipcase — A matching slipcase can be made in any size, colour and decorative treatment.
