How a box is built
Structure, interior, surface, run

Fix the structure first
The structure follows what has to go inside it: drawer-type boxes for jewellery and small parts, rigid base-and-lid boxes for presentation, folded board for lighter items. Drawings start from your product dimensions, not from a catalogue size.

Cut the interior to the product
Flocked EVA, foam and board interiors are cut to hold each piece in place — five-layer drawer boxes for jewellery, shaped inserts for watches and cosmetics. Send a sample or dimensional drawings and the interior is engineered to it.

Choose the surface
PU leather wraps, wood veneer and printed board take different finishes: foil, deboss, screen print or laser. We will say which method survives the material you pick.

Sample, then run
Sampling 7–10 days, production 25–35 days after artwork approval. MOQ 500 pcs on the boxes shown here; tell us the packing method you need and inner bags, dividers and export cartons are costed with the box.

A stock sample is free; a customised one is chargeable and refunded once the order is confirmed at the required quantity.
