What this one is
EVA tackle case with ordered recesses
The case uses EVA for the shell and the internal structure, so each item sits in its own recess rather than in a shared compartment. That keeps hooks away from each other, stops lures tangling and makes a missing item obvious at a glance. EVA does not absorb water the way a fabric insert does, so the case drains and dries rather than holding moisture against metal. Recess layout, case size and closure are specified against the tackle set being carried.
- Recess per item — Hooks and lures stay apart instead of tangling in a shared compartment.
- Does not absorb water — EVA drains and dries rather than holding moisture against metal.
- Visible inventory — A missing item is obvious at a glance.
- Layout to your tackle set — Recess positions set from what is carried.
Where it gets used
Who buys EVA tackle cases
Tackle brands use them as retail packaging and as a sold accessory. Fishing retailers stock them where anglers want tackle organised rather than loose in a bag. Tournament and club programmes use them as branded items. The recess structure is the reason for choosing EVA over a fabric box.
What we can change for you
Made to protect what goes inside
This item is not picked off a shelf. Every part of it is specified before it is made, and these are the parts buyers change most often on a eva & plastic cases programme. Send whatever you have — a drawing, a photo of a sample you like, or a rough sketch — and we quote against it.
- Construction — Moulded EVA shell, welded PVC pouch, hard shell with a zip, or a soft nylon case.
- Interior — Die-cut EVA or foam insert cut to the product, with dividers, elastic straps or a mesh pocket.
- Shell — EVA faced in nylon, jersey, leather or PU, with the wall thickness you specify.
- Closure — Zip, magnetic flap, press stud, buckle or a carabiner loop.
- Branding — Debossing, foil, screen print, rubberised patch or a moulded logo.
- Packing — Poly bag, retail box, hang card or carton only.
Anything not on this list is a question rather than a no. We work from your artwork or a rough sketch, and cutting dies and covers are engineered in-house — so a change costs you a conversation, not a new supplier.
How your order is made
Tooling, printing and binding on our own line
EVA shells are moulded and the insert dies are cut to your product. The insert is what protects the contents — a case with a generic insert protects the box, not the goods.
- Tooling and dies — cutting dies and covers are engineered in-house, so a change to the shape is a conversation rather than a new supplier.
- Printing and finishing — offset and screen printing, foil stamping, blind debossing, spot UV and edge painting all run on site.
- In-line QC — checks at cutting, stitching and packing, not only at the end. You get the inspection photos before the cartons close.
- Export and documentation — cartons, pallets, labelling and shipping documents prepared to your forwarder specification. 94.8% of what we make is exported.

How to order
From spec to shipment in four steps
Most buyers have a sketch, a sample, or a brief. We turn it into a confirmed sample and then into a repeatable production run.
Product type, dimensions, quantity, logo, and deadline — even a photo is enough.
Unit price, tooling, sample cost, and lead time — usually within one working day.
We make a physical sample for your review before anything goes to bulk.
In-line QC, pre-shipment photos, then packed and shipped to your forwarder.

Working with us
Files, tooling and terms
The same terms apply to this item and to the rest of your order, so the budget and the schedule can be planned before anything is committed.
- Artwork — Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or CDR) are what embossing, foil and screen print need. A photo, a sketch or a physical sample is enough to start — we tell you before anything is charged if a file has to be rebuilt.
- Tooling — Charged only when the item needs a new mould, die or deboss plate. It is quoted separately and stated upfront — never added later.
- Samples — A stock sample is free (you cover the courier). A customised sample is chargeable and the cost is credited against the production order once it is confirmed.
- Payment — Invoiced in US dollars from our company account. Standard terms are T/T — 30% deposit, 70% before shipment — or an L/C at sight for container orders.
- Shipping — FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, CIF, and DDP to Europe and North America. DDP includes duties and final-mile delivery.
- Mixed containers — Several categories can ship in one container, which is how buyers keep the quantity per item down while still filling a shipment.
- Confidentiality — We sign an NDA before you send drawings.
- Documents — One inspection report and one set of documents cover the whole order, whatever the mix of items.
Buyer questions
Can the recesses match our tackle set?
Yes. Send the items or their dimensions and the recess layout is built to them.
Is the case waterproof?
EVA does not absorb water and the shell resists it. Tell us whether you need a sealed or a splash-resistant closure.
Can it be branded?
Yes. The exterior takes a printed or moulded logo.
How do you make sure the case actually protects the product?
The insert is die-cut to the product footprint and depth, so the contents cannot move inside the shell. Send the item or its exact dimensions and we cut to it.
What does "waterproof" mean on your EVA and PVC cases?
It describes the material and the seam construction we supply on the grade we ship. Welded seams hold water out better than stitched ones; ask us for the material specification on the exact grade.
Can the case be moulded in a custom shape?
Yes, but a new shape means a new mould, and the tooling cost is quoted separately and stated upfront. Send a sketch or a sample and we will tell you honestly what the tooling takes.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimums are set per item and depend on mould, material and insert. The figure above is the starting point; the exact minimum is confirmed with your quote.
Can different products share one case?
Yes. A single insert can be cut with more than one cavity, which is common for accessory kits.
