Stainless Steel Vacuum Flask, Custom Logo
A stainless steel vacuum flask with a custom logo, built as a promotional item that survives daily use. Stainless steel is the drink-contact material, and the vacuum wall between the two shells is what keeps contents at temperature over a working day.

What this one is
Stainless vacuum flask with your logo
The flask body is stainless steel inside and out, with a vacuum between the two walls. That construction is why a flask keeps a drink at temperature for hours rather than minutes, and why the outside stays safe to hold. As a promotional item it works because it is used daily rather than kept in a drawer, so the logo is seen repeatedly. Capacity, lid style, finish and the branding method are specified to order, and the drink-contact grade is confirmed against the market you are selling into.
- Stainless steel body — Metal drink-contact surface inside and out.
- Vacuum between the walls — Holds temperature over a working day and stays safe to hold.
- Used daily as a promotion — Logo seen repeatedly rather than once at handover.
- Finish and logo to order — Capacity, lid, finish and branding method specified.
Where it gets used
Why a flask works as a promotional item
A flask that gets refilled every day carries the brand further than a leaflet or a pen that gets lost. Companies issue them to field and site staff. Outdoor, construction and logistics businesses use them where a hot drink has to stay hot outside. Corporate gifting programmes use them for long-service and seasonal gifts.
What we can change for you
Made for the way it will be carried
This item is not picked off a shelf. Every part of it is specified before it is made, and these are the parts buyers change most often on a drinkware & tumblers programme. Send whatever you have — a drawing, a photo of a sample you like, or a rough sketch — and we quote against it.
- Capacity and shape — From espresso to 600 ml, straight or tapered, with or without a handle.
- Body — Single or double wall, vacuum insulated, stainless steel, glass, PP, bamboo or cork-clad.
- Lid — Screw lid, flip lid, slide lid, straw lid or a press-fit lid with a silicone seal.
- Finish — Powder coat, anodised, matte, gloss, wood-look wrap or a two-tone finish.
- Branding — Laser engraving, screen print, heat-transfer print, embossed metal badge or a debossed leather sleeve.
- Packing — Individual box, gift box, sleeve, or carton only.
Anything not on this list is a question rather than a no. We work from your artwork or a rough sketch, and cutting dies and covers are engineered in-house — so a change costs you a conversation, not a new supplier.
How your order is made
Tooling, printing and binding on our own line
Drinkware is assembled and finished in-house and packed in the same programme as the rest of the set, so a tumbler and a notebook ship in one carton with one inspection report.
- Tooling and dies — cutting dies and covers are engineered in-house, so a change to the shape is a conversation rather than a new supplier.
- Printing and finishing — offset and screen printing, foil stamping, blind debossing, spot UV and edge painting all run on site.
- In-line QC — checks at cutting, stitching and packing, not only at the end. You get the inspection photos before the cartons close.
- Export and documentation — cartons, pallets, labelling and shipping documents prepared to your forwarder specification. 94.8% of what we make is exported.

How to order
From spec to shipment in four steps
Most buyers have a sketch, a sample, or a brief. We turn it into a confirmed sample and then into a repeatable production run.
Product type, dimensions, quantity, logo, and deadline — even a photo is enough.
Unit price, tooling, sample cost, and lead time — usually within one working day.
We make a physical sample for your review before anything goes to bulk.
In-line QC, pre-shipment photos, then packed and shipped to your forwarder.

Working with us
Files, tooling and terms
The same terms apply to this item and to the rest of your order, so the budget and the schedule can be planned before anything is committed.
- Artwork — Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or CDR) are what embossing, foil and screen print need. A photo, a sketch or a physical sample is enough to start — we tell you before anything is charged if a file has to be rebuilt.
- Tooling — Charged only when the item needs a new mould, die or deboss plate. It is quoted separately and stated upfront — never added later.
- Samples — A stock sample is free (you cover the courier). A customised sample is chargeable and the cost is credited against the production order once it is confirmed.
- Payment — Invoiced in US dollars from our company account. Standard terms are T/T — 30% deposit, 70% before shipment — or an L/C at sight for container orders.
- Shipping — FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, CIF, and DDP to Europe and North America. DDP includes duties and final-mile delivery.
- Mixed containers — Several categories can ship in one container, which is how buyers keep the quantity per item down while still filling a shipment.
- Confidentiality — We sign an NDA before you send drawings.
- Documents — One inspection report and one set of documents cover the whole order, whatever the mix of items.
Buyer questions
What grade of stainless steel is used?
The drink-contact grade is confirmed against the market you sell into. Tell us the destination and we specify accordingly.
How long does it hold temperature?
Retention depends on the capacity and lid design. Tell us the target figure and we quote to it.
Can the logo be engraved?
Yes. Engraving, printing and powder-coat branding are all available.
Which branding method lasts on drinkware?
Laser engraving is a permanent mark on the metal or the coating, and it is what we recommend for anything that will be washed. Pad print and heat transfer suit full-colour artwork but sit on the surface.
Is the insulation tested, or is it a claim?
We describe the construction we supply — double wall, vacuum insulated, with the seal type we fit. Ask for the material and test documentation on the exact model before you commit.
Can the tumbler be packed inside the gift box with the notebook?
Yes. That is a standard set for us, and the insert is cut so the tumbler is held upright and cannot strike the notebook in transit.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimums are set per item and depend on the blank, the finish and the branding method. The figure above is the starting point; the exact minimum is confirmed with your quote.
Can we mix sizes in one order?
Yes. Mixed drinkware in one shipment is routine, and it keeps the quantity per size down while still filling a container.
