Card & Badge Holders

Car Document Holder, Custom Print

A printed car document holder sized to keep insurance papers, the vehicle registration and a service booklet in one sleeve inside the glovebox. The front panel is printed with the customer's artwork, so the same item doubles as a policy or dealership giveaway. It is normally produced in PVC or a PU-covered board, in whatever colour the brand uses. Send the artwork and we quote against it.

What this one is

A glovebox sleeve that carries your print

The holder is cut to take folded A4 or A5 documents, with a flap or open pocket that keeps papers from sliding out when the glovebox is opened. The whole outer face is a printable panel, which is why insurers, leasing companies and car dealerships order it as a branded giveaway rather than a plain sleeve. Because the print goes on the outside, one die serves every campaign — you change the artwork, not the tooling.

  • Printed outer panel — The customer artwork is printed across the front face, so the sleeve carries branding on every use.
  • Document sizing — Cut to your document set — folded A4, A5, registration card plus policy booklet.
  • Material choice — PVC sleeve construction or a PU-covered board, in the colour you specify.
  • Campaign reorders — The die is reused when you change artwork, which keeps a reprint inexpensive.

Where it gets used

Who orders printed car document holders

Insurance companies and brokers hand them to policyholders at renewal. Car dealerships and leasing firms put them in the glovebox of every delivered vehicle. Fleet operators use them to keep registration and service records together across a whole vehicle list. In each case the value is the same: the papers stay together and the brand stays visible every time the driver reaches for them.
