Card & Badge Holders
PVC card holder pouch
A soft PVC pouch that holds cards, coins or small identification documents. Unlike a rigid holder, the pouch is flexible, so it flattens into a pocket and expands as contents are added. It is produced to order in the film weight and colour the buyer specifies.
- Flexible construction
- Film weight to spec
- Open or poppered top
- Printed face

What this one is
Flexible PVC card pouch
The pouch is welded from PVC film into a flat envelope with an open or poppered top. Because the material is flexible, it takes cards, a folded note, coins or a small key without a fixed internal mould, and it lies flat in a pocket when only a card is inside. The film weight is chosen against how the pouch will be used: a lighter film for a card-only pouch, a heavier one where coins are carried. The outer face can carry a printed logo.
- Flexible construction — Welded PVC film that flattens in a pocket and expands as contents are added.
- Film weight to spec — Lighter for cards, heavier where coins or keys are carried.
- Open or poppered top — Closure style chosen to how the pouch is used.
- Printed face — Logo can be printed on the front panel.
Where it gets used
Where flexible card pouches are used
Banks and credit unions hand them out to keep a new card protected until it is used. Transit operators use them for travel cards. Schools use them for library and meal cards. Hotels use them as key-card pouches. The appeal over a rigid holder is that the pouch collapses, so it can be posted inside a standard envelope or slipped into a wallet.
What we can change for you
Made for the card, the badge or the collection
This item is not picked off a shelf. Every part of it is specified before it is made, and these are the parts buyers change most often on a card & badge holders programme. Send whatever you have — a drawing, a photo of a sample you like, or a rough sketch — and we quote against it.
- Format — Single or multi-card, rigid or flexible, wallet, sleeve, pouch, zippered binder or a storage case for a collection.
- Material and thickness — PVC, PP, PU leather, paperboard, acrylic or moulded plastic, in the gauge you specify.
- Clear or opaque — Frosted, clear, tinted or solid body, with anti-glare or UV-resistant sheet where the contents have to stay readable.
- Branding — Printing on the body rather than on a sleeve, injection-moulded colour, foil, screen print or a moulded logo.
- Interior — Card slots, RFID-blocking layer, zip pocket, lanyard, retractable reel, or page sleeves for a binder.
- Packing — Individual poly bag, retail hang card, printed header or carton only.
Anything not on this list is a question rather than a no. We work from your artwork or a rough sketch, and cutting dies and covers are engineered in-house — so a change costs you a conversation, not a new supplier.
How your order is made
Tooling, printing and binding on our own line
Where a card face has to stay visible we print on the body instead of on a sleeve, and we weld rather than stitch where a seam would sit against the cards. Clear sheet is cut and welded on our own line.
- Tooling and dies — cutting dies and covers are engineered in-house, so a change to the shape is a conversation rather than a new supplier.
- Printing and finishing — offset and screen printing, foil stamping, blind debossing, spot UV and edge painting all run on site.
- In-line QC — checks at cutting, stitching and packing, not only at the end. You get the inspection photos before the cartons close.
- Export and documentation — cartons, pallets, labelling and shipping documents prepared to your forwarder specification. 94.8% of what we make is exported.

How to order
From spec to shipment in four steps
Most buyers have a sketch, a sample, or a brief. We turn it into a confirmed sample and then into a repeatable production run.
Product type, dimensions, quantity, logo, and deadline — even a photo is enough.
Unit price, tooling, sample cost, and lead time — usually within one working day.
We make a physical sample for your review before anything goes to bulk.
In-line QC, pre-shipment photos, then packed and shipped to your forwarder.

Working with us
Files, tooling and terms
The same terms apply to this item and to the rest of your order, so the budget and the schedule can be planned before anything is committed.
- Artwork — Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or CDR) are what embossing, foil and screen print need. A photo, a sketch or a physical sample is enough to start — we tell you before anything is charged if a file has to be rebuilt.
- Tooling — Charged only when the item needs a new mould, die or deboss plate. It is quoted separately and stated upfront — never added later.
- Samples — A stock sample is free (you cover the courier). A customised sample is chargeable and the cost is credited against the production order once it is confirmed.
- Payment — Invoiced in US dollars from our company account. Standard terms are T/T — 30% deposit, 70% before shipment — or an L/C at sight for container orders.
- Shipping — FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, CIF, and DDP to Europe and North America. DDP includes duties and final-mile delivery.
- Mixed containers — Several categories can ship in one container, which is how buyers keep the quantity per item down while still filling a shipment.
- Confidentiality — We sign an NDA before you send drawings.
- Documents — One inspection report and one set of documents cover the whole order, whatever the mix of items.
Buyer questions
Can the pouch be sized to our card?
Yes. We cut to your card dimensions, with extra depth if other items go in the same pouch.
Is the top open or closed?
Both are produced. An open top is standard; a popper or flap closure can be specified.
Can a logo be printed?
Yes. The front panel is printable in one or more colours.
Will a PVC sleeve damage the card or the photo inside it?
A card that has sat in the wrong sleeve for two years does not look damaged until it is taken out — the plastic has reacted with it rather than scratched it. Tell us what goes inside and we select a sheet that will not migrate, which matters most for photographs and coated cards.
Can the colour be matched to our brand exactly?
On injection-moulded parts the colour is in the material, so the branding is carried by the tooling rather than by a print step — one colour, one identity, and no print to rub off. Send a Pantone reference and we match to a physical chip.
Do you make RFID-blocking holders?
Yes. The blocking layer sits between the card slots and the outside face; tell us which cards must be protected so the layout stays usable.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimums are set per item: small moulded parts and low unit-price accessories carry a higher minimum than leather programmes. We confirm the exact figure with your quote.
Can you supply holders that are not on this page?
Yes. This site shows our main lines, and we regularly supply drinkware, bags, tech accessories, labels and retail packaging alongside them — everything ships in one order.
