What this one is
Green PVC ring binder
The binder is made from coloured PVC with a 3-ring mechanism. The vivid green helps with quick identification on a shelf or in a classroom. It can be produced in other colours for colour-coded filing or branded collections.
What we can change for you
Rings, board and spine specified together
This item is not picked off a shelf. Every part of it is specified before it is made, and these are the parts buyers change most often on a ring binders & lever arch files programme. Send whatever you have — a drawing, a photo of a sample you like, or a rough sketch — and we quote against it.
- Ring mechanism — 2, 3, 4 or 7 rings, O-ring or D-ring, in the diameter your page load needs; lever arch mechanisms for heavy filing.
- Cover material — Cloth, vinyl, paper over board or PU, with the board caliper and spine width specified together.
- Spine width — Set from the ring diameter and the index you plan to use, so the binder closes straight instead of bowing.
- Interior — Pockets, index tabs, page protectors, pen loop, business card slot, or a printed inner liner.
- Branding — Foil stamping, debossing, screen print, printed spine labels or a clear pocket for a changeable label.
- Packing — Individual poly bag, retail carton, printed header or pallet with your forwarder labelling.
Anything not on this list is a question rather than a no. We work from your artwork or a rough sketch, and cutting dies and covers are engineered in-house — so a change costs you a conversation, not a new supplier.
How your order is made
Tooling, printing and binding on our own line
The mechanism and the cover are quoted and specified together. Rings that stop meeting are almost always a mechanism-to-board mismatch rather than a bad batch of rings, so we size the spine to the load instead of to a standard.
- Tooling and dies — cutting dies and covers are engineered in-house, so a change to the shape is a conversation rather than a new supplier.
- Printing and finishing — offset and screen printing, foil stamping, blind debossing, spot UV and edge painting all run on site.
- In-line QC — checks at cutting, stitching and packing, not only at the end. You get the inspection photos before the cartons close.
- Export and documentation — cartons, pallets, labelling and shipping documents prepared to your forwarder specification. 94.8% of what we make is exported.

How to order
From spec to shipment in four steps
Most buyers have a sketch, a sample, or a brief. We turn it into a confirmed sample and then into a repeatable production run.
Product type, dimensions, quantity, logo, and deadline — even a photo is enough.
Unit price, tooling, sample cost, and lead time — usually within one working day.
We make a physical sample for your review before anything goes to bulk.
In-line QC, pre-shipment photos, then packed and shipped to your forwarder.

Working with us
Files, tooling and terms
The same terms apply to this item and to the rest of your order, so the budget and the schedule can be planned before anything is committed.
- Artwork — Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or CDR) are what embossing, foil and screen print need. A photo, a sketch or a physical sample is enough to start — we tell you before anything is charged if a file has to be rebuilt.
- Tooling — Charged only when the item needs a new mould, die or deboss plate. It is quoted separately and stated upfront — never added later.
- Samples — A stock sample is free (you cover the courier). A customised sample is chargeable and the cost is credited against the production order once it is confirmed.
- Payment — Invoiced in US dollars from our company account. Standard terms are T/T — 30% deposit, 70% before shipment — or an L/C at sight for container orders.
- Shipping — FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, CIF, and DDP to Europe and North America. DDP includes duties and final-mile delivery.
- Mixed containers — Several categories can ship in one container, which is how buyers keep the quantity per item down while still filling a shipment.
- Confidentiality — We sign an NDA before you send drawings.
- Documents — One inspection report and one set of documents cover the whole order, whatever the mix of items.
Buyer questions
Can we order mixed colours?
Yes. Mixed-colour sets are common for schools and offices.
Is the colour printed or dyed?
The PVC is coloured through the material, not just surface printed.
Can the spine be labelled?
Yes. A clear spine pocket can be added.
Why do binder rings stop closing, and how do you prevent it?
A binder is judged by its cover and fails at its rings. The complaint always sounds the same — the rings no longer meet, so pages snag and tear — and it usually starts within weeks, not years. It is a mechanism-to-board and spine-width question, so we specify the three together.
How do I choose the ring size?
From what goes inside, how often it is opened, and how thick the stack gets. Tell us the page count and whether page protectors will be used, and we size the ring and the spine to match.
Can the index tabs be printed with our sections?
Yes. Multi-tab printed indexes are set to your section list, and we will match the tab positions to the page protectors we supply so the print lines up.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Ring binders start from 500 pieces per design and colour. The exact minimum for this item is confirmed with your quote.
Can you supply a legal-size or a non-standard format?
Yes. A4, A5, Letter and Legal are routine, and a size outside those is a cutting-die conversation rather than a new supplier.
