What we can change for you
Every part of the cover is a choice
Nothing on this line is picked off a shelf. Send a drawing, a photo of a sample you like, or just the contents it has to hold — we quote against it and hold the approved specification on file so a reorder comes out the same as the first run.
- Material & finish — a wide range of vinyl colours and finishes, including grades that look and feel like leather or fabric. Samples available on request.
- Size — A4, A5, Letter and Legal are routine; any custom size is a cutting-die conversation, not a new supplier.
- Decorating & finishing — appliqué, embossing, debossing, die-cut windows, foil stamping, offset printing and screen printing.
- Construction — clear entrapment (a printed sheet sealed under clear vinyl), heat-sealed vinyl, or stitched and sewn.
- Cover printing — four-colour process, digital or screen printing, so titles and logos stay crisp and bright.
- Cover padding — soft foam between the outer layer and the board gives a cushioned, premium feel.
- Interior fittings — clear vinyl pockets, pouches and business-card holders welded inside the covers; index tabs and divider sheets made to your tab layout.
Hardware
Rings, posts and mountings
The mechanism is specified with the cover, not after it — so capacity, look and budget are decided together.
- Ring sizes — 1/2” to 4” in round, D and slant-D styles, carrying up to about 600 sheets of paper.
- Posts — recommended once you go beyond 600 sheets.
- Ring colour — chrome, black, white or a custom colour to match the cover.
- Mount location — rings riveted through the spine or the back cover.
- Rivet appearance — exposed or concealed.

Polypropylene and other plastic binders run on the same programme — the lighter, more economical alternative to vinyl when the budget leads and the contents still need to look sharp.
- Ring styles — round, straight D or slant D, with capacities from 1/2” to 4”.
- Sizes — 8 1/2 × 5 1/2 in, 9 1/2 × 6 in and 11 × 8 1/2 in are standard; custom sizes are routine.
- Decorating — die-cut windows, foil stamping, offset and screen printing.
- Hinge metals — post and swing hinges in metal, available on request.
- Colours — multiple stock colours, custom-matched at volume.
