A display case that travels
The case is built so the display surface is the interior: nothing has to be unpacked at the other end. It closes fully for carriage, which protects the pieces and keeps them out of sight in transit, and the PU exterior takes the handling that comes with being carried regularly. The display layout is arranged so pieces are visible when the case is open rather than lying flat in a tray, and the case dimensions are set to the number of pieces a visit typically involves. A lock can be specified for transport.

The lining is what the buyer sees and the drawer is what fails. Drawer runners, divider fixing and lining adhesive are specified together, and the insert is cut to your actual pieces rather than to a nominal ring or watch size.
- Tooling and dies — cutting dies and covers are engineered in-house, so a change to the shape is a conversation rather than a new supplier.
- Printing and finishing — offset and screen printing, foil stamping, blind debossing, spot UV and edge painting all run on site.
- In-line QC — checks at cutting, stitching and packing, not only at the end. You get the inspection photos before the cartons close.
- Export and documentation — cartons, pallets, labelling and shipping documents prepared to your forwarder specification. 94.8% of what we make is exported.

From spec to shipment in four steps
Most buyers have a sketch, a sample, or a brief. We turn it into a confirmed sample and then into a repeatable production run.

Files, tooling and terms
The same terms apply to this item and to the rest of your order, so the budget and the schedule can be planned before anything is committed.
- Artwork — Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or CDR) are what embossing, foil and screen print need. A photo, a sketch or a physical sample is enough to start — we tell you before anything is charged if a file has to be rebuilt.
- Tooling — Charged only when the item needs a new mould, die or deboss plate. It is quoted separately and stated upfront — never added later.
- Samples — A stock sample is free (you cover the courier). A customised sample is chargeable and the cost is credited against the production order once it is confirmed.
- Payment — Invoiced in US dollars from our company account. Standard terms are T/T — 30% deposit, 70% before shipment — or an L/C at sight for container orders.
- Shipping — FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, CIF, and DDP to Europe and North America. DDP includes duties and final-mile delivery.
- Mixed containers — Several categories can ship in one container, which is how buyers keep the quantity per item down while still filling a shipment.
- Confidentiality — We sign an NDA before you send drawings.
- Documents — One inspection report and one set of documents cover the whole order, whatever the mix of items.

How many pieces does it hold?
Case dimensions are set to the number of pieces a typical visit involves. Send the piece count and sizes.
Can it be locked for transport?
Yes. A lock can be specified for the carry version.
Are the display surfaces removable?
Trays and inserts can be made removable so pieces can be laid out on a table.
Why do drawers stick and dividers come away?
In a jewelry box the visible quality is the lining and the visible failure is the drawer. Dividers coming away, drawers that stick or drop, and contents that mix as soon as the box is moved are the three complaints that come back most often — all three are decided by the runner, the tray fixing and the lining adhesive.
Will a silver chain tarnish inside the box?
Tarnish is a chemical reaction and a closed box is a small space full of materials that can feed it. Tell us silver will be stored and we select anti-tarnish lining and adhesives rather than a standard felt.
How do I choose the right watch pillow size?
Read enough reviews and the same sentence appears from both ends — pillows too small so watches rattle, or too big so a bracelet will not close. Both are correct. Give us the bracelet circumference range and we size the pillow to it.
Should I buy a display box or a storage box?
One is looked at; the other is opened and closed for years. Buy both if you need both. If one box has to do both jobs, decide which job it is allowed to fail at, and we will build to that.
